The following agreements and understandings set forth the legal terms and conditions that apply to use of The Safehouse by the viewer. By using The Safehouse (other than to read this agreement for the first time), the viewer agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof. The right to use The Safehouse is personal to the viewer and is not transferable to any other person or entity.
